wow! i really like the background! that sunrise (i think it's the morning after one of the first great battles...) with the smoke fits perfect. :nod:

Ah, i was listening to that song a lot before (i'm polish, so... xD ) but now i got a bit sick of it (i still like it though )
Now i listen more to Firestorm or Ghost Division ;)

Weeeell.. i was planning to make some illustration to Firestorm too, and Ghost Division already made me draw Panzer IV XD

it was the first song i actually heard of sabaton. my boyfriend sent me the youtube link and i really loved the song. since then my favs were ghost division, price of a mile and since two weeks wolfpack...
they are my band cause i'm interested in history, especially wars...

i'd like to see a u-boat fight or something like that from you... ;)

well i'm blabbering too... so what ^^

And one never learns too much about wars during history class... <_< We have to rely on old 2D wargames and books xD

God knows how i love u-boots o_o
But putting that on paper would be really, terribly hard... Or maybe drawing one shooting a torpedo wouldn't be that bad, but... It is just hard to see ;P

yeah. history in school is boring. they tell you 100 hours about the rise and fall of rome and 5 hours about WW I and WW II which are more important to know something about because they are our history (germany, poland, etc.) and it's important not to forget about them...

about the u-boat thing... you've seen 'das boot' ? the scene where the U 96 surfaces? ([link] with nightwishs nemo)
that's a great scene. and something like that with an explosion in the background maybe... just an idea... :D
